The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are brilliant, the location is perfect just off town shops and ski shops, restaurants, waterfront & gondola, Queenstown. We recommend this brilliant hotel and its polite staff.

Lovely stuff, I loved a quiet atmosphere. Location right by the centre and the gondola. Also, I visited hackett bungy.
As for me, the area was quite dirty.

Our stay was really unforgettable as usual. Although the view was nice, we had quiet bedroom. And the bed was amazing. That was quiet hotel set in quiet area. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from skyline gondola and luge...

Good value considering price it charged, a superb stay. Gentle staff and a gorgeous breakfast including variety of hardboiled eggs, cereals, cheese, slices of fresh bread and fruit. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, the shops and supermarket next door. Service was really exemplary, that made the hotel appealing place.

Warm room, fairly clean and reasonably comfortable place, FUNNY staff. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The bed was comfy and worked perfectly. Handy location, at a short distance from Queenstown Mall. Easy check-in & top notch service. Obviously that free WiFi throughout the property was really convenient.
